1.肝硬化

鲜李子150g，蜂蜜200g，绿茶2g，将李子加水300IIll煮沸4～5分钟，加入绿茶、蜂蜜即可。每天3次口服。

2.咽喉炎

咽喉发炎疼痛时，泡浓茶一杯，凉后加适量蜂蜜拌均匀，每隔半小时，用此茶蜜水嗽咽喉部，并慢慢咽下。当天见效，3～4天即愈。

3.水肿

绿茶2g，茯苓15g，蜂蜜20g。将茯苓粉碎成粉状，后加水500IIll，边煮搅烂，煮沸后加入绿茶蜂蜜，分2次服完，每天1剂，适用于一般性水浮肿。

4.产后调养

鸡蛋二个，蜂蜜25g，绿茶19g。先将300IIll水煮沸后加入绿茶、鸡蛋、蜂蜜，煮至蛋熟。每天早晨饭后服1次，45天为1个疗程。

5.耳鸣

蜂蜜25g、北五味子、绿茶lg，将五味子25g文火炒至微焦备用。将三者冲开水500|lll，分3次温饮，每日1剂。

6.便秘

茶叶5g冲沸水泡，再放适量蜂蜜，搅匀代茶饮用，每天1次，温服，治疗便秘有特效。

7.胃痛

将5g红茶放入保温杯中，再冲人沸水泡浸加盖焖10分钟，再加蜂蜜和适量红糖，趁热空服频饮。每日3剂，饭前服，适应胃寒疼痛。

8.冠心病

茶叶5g，香蕉50g，蜂蜜少许。先用沸水泡茶叶，然后将香蕉去皮弄碎，加蜜糖与茶水调匀，当茶饮，每日1剂。最适合冠心病、动脑硬化。

9.感冒

绿茶1g，钩藤、蜂蜜各15g。将钩藤加水500IIll，煮沸3分钟，去渣，加入绿茶与蜂蜜即成。分3次温服，治疗流行性感冒有特效。

10.口腔炎

五倍子10g，绿茶1g，蜂蜜20g，先将五倍子加水500Inl煮沸5分钟，加入绿茶，凉后加入蜂蜜，分2次温服，适用口腔溃疡。
