The dryer works with a flash heater under vacuum, where the water in your honey will evaporate at very low temperatures. This eliminates the risk of damaging your honey.
Slows crystallization - “Shelf Life” - the length of time honey is on the shelf before crystallization occurs-can be greatly increased by proper controlled heating.
The sytem is inexpensive to operate.
